First Dutch invests millions in JEX

Accelerating one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the Netherlands.

On Monday, June 26th, First Dutch revealed that it is investing millions in JEX, one of the Netherlands’ fastest-growing tech companies. With the additional funding, JEX is focused on maintaining its rapid expansion and preparing for its next phase of growth. JEX provides a comprehensive solution for the employment market powered by proprietary software and services.

JEX provides advanced staffing and recruitment solutions for both employers and businesses seeking talented personnel, making it a reliable resource for all recruitment needs. The company offers these innovative solutions to clients and strives to become a one-stop shop for all recruitment-related requirements. In 2020, founder and CEO Nick Hillebrand recognized the opportunity to consolidate the fragmented staffing market into a centralized cloud-based data system.

JEX has disrupted the labour market with its innovative approach and has rapidly grown since its inception in 2020. Boasting a team of over 300 highly skilled professionals and a turnover of more than one hundred million euros, JEX has emerged as a leading company in the employment market. As a company with ambitious international goals and a strong growth strategy, JEX has secured the funding it needs to accelerate its expansion and reinforce its foothold in the Netherlands from First Dutch.

“Following the participation of several hundred angel investors, the involvement of First Dutch as a shareholder represents a pivotal moment for JEX and a confirmation of our success,” says Nick Hillebrand, founder and CEO of JEX. “We are determined to develop our platform further and offer our customers even more solutions. The participation of First Dutch helps us to achieve these goals, and we are grateful for the trust.”

“We are thrilled to have the opportunity to work with JEX, as it aligns perfectly with our strategy“, comments Peter Goedvolk, owner of First Dutch. “It’s gratifying to see two Rotterdam companies supporting each other and working towards accelerated growth.” As an investor and partner, First Dutch offers not only financial support but also its expertise and extensive network to help JEX achieve its goals. Peter Goedvolk looks forward to a successful collaboration with JEX and is eager to witness the company’s current and future growth.
